Arrival in St. Petersburg and transfer to the hotels

Pulkovo Airport Saint Petersburg is located 23 kilometers away from the city center and 19 km from the Hotel “Ambassador” – the seminar venue. Official site: http://www.pulkovoairport.ru/en/
Moskovskiy station is located in the city center, about 5 km away from the hotel "Ambassador". Official site: http://www.moskovsky-vokzal.ru/

Welcome desks will be located at the arrival terminal (after passport and customs control) of Pulkovo Airport and Moskovskiy station from 26 May where the official representatives of organizing partner will work to assist participants with the transfer to their hotels.

The host country will provide a complimentary shuttle bus service for participants from the Airport Pulkovo and Moskovskiy station to the selected hotels listed in section Accommodation. To benefit from the complimentary shuttle bus service for arrival transfer – please inform the local conference organizer by 15 May 2015.

Departure from St. Petersburg and transfers to the airport and Moskovskiy railway station

The host country will provide a complimentary shuttle bus service for participants from the selected hotels listed in section Accommodation to the airport “Pulkovo” and Moscow railway station.

Local transportation

Complimentary shuttle services will be available during the seminar on a daily basis from Wednesday, 27 May to Thursday, 28 May 2015 between the selected hotels listed in Accommodation section to the hotel "Ambassador".

Participants are requested to consult the shuttle timetables that will be posted in the reception area of the selected hotels.
