The information below is intended for official participants of the Technical Seminar on the theme of "Innovative approaches to prevention of occupational diseases" only. Any requests made by another persons or organizations will not be elaborated.

ACADEMSERVICE, official organizing partner, has booked rooms at 3*, 4*, 5* Hotels at special rates for the period 26 - 29 May 2015. Applications of participants of the seminar for booking rooms in the indicated hotels will be satisfied in the order of their receipt.

Please note that only a limited number of rooms are available at special rates for the Technical Seminar, thus we strongly recommend you to book as early as possible and latest by 20 April 2015.

The deadline for booking is 1 May 2015.

General terms and conditions

The deadline for booking is 1 May 2015.
All the rates indicated are in Russian rubles (RUB), per room per night inclusive of VAT 18% and breakfast.
100% prepayment for the whole booked period is required at the moment of booking
The voucher will be provided by ACADEMSERVICE either by fax or email upon 100% prepayment of the total amount for the period booked.
Check in after 14:00. Check out 12:00 noon.
Check-in earlier than 14:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate for 1 night.
Check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 is subject to 50% of the room rate for 1 night.
Check-out after 18:00 is subject to 100% of the room rate for 1 night.
In case of late arrival or early departure the cancellation fee charged to the participant will be equal to 100% of the amount for the whole period booked
All additional charges must be settled directly with the hotel's cashier counter upon check-out.

Cancellation, modification and refund policy

Modification of accommodation can be made in a written form and send on the e-mail e.umrikhina@acase.ru no later than 26 April 2015.
In case of modification of accommodation made after 26 April 2015, the cancellation fee charged to the participants will be equal to 100% of the amount of the originally period booked.
Cancellation of accommodation can be made without penalties no later than 26 April 2015.
In case of cancellation of accommodation made from 27 April 2015 till 10 May 2015 the cancellation fee charged to the participants will be equal to 50% of the room rate of the originally period booked.
In case of cancellation of accommodation made after 10 May 2015 the cancellation fee charged to the participants will be equal to 100% of the amount of the whole period booked.
In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, the cancellation fee charged to the participant will be equal to 100% of the amount for the whole period booked

Terms and methods of payment

Credit Card

Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / EuroCard / JCB) in RUB

American Express, Visa Electron and MasterCard Electron are not accepted

Bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer can be made in RUB or EUR according to bank details indicated on the invoice.

Please note that bank transfer fees are at participant or company's charge. For bank transfer payments it is necessary to specify in the payment order your name and the reservation number indicated on the invoice.
